Our Custom Prescription for Health Appointment Cards will help you keep your patients on schedule! Our appointment cards feature a Peel 'n Stick design, allowing patients to remove the sticker on the card containing their appointment details and place it on a calendar or planner! The cards are made of heavy cardstock and have imprintable areas on the sticker and card.
